Social Media Safety Video Playlist for Social Studies Lessons

Untitled design (8).png

We know that finding Maltese resources on social media safety can be difficult. That’s why we’ve created this video playlist specifically for Social Studies lessons, focusing on the challenges and opportunities of social media use among teenagers.

In each video, teenagers answer questions on various social media topics—such as time spent online, negative impacts, cyberbullying, self-image, and gender roles—sharing their honest thoughts and personal experiences. This peer-to-peer format allows students to connect with real perspectives, making the content relatable and engaging while prompting them to reflect on their own social media use and habits.

These videos are perfect for sparking classroom discussions and helping students develop a safer, smarter approach to social media. We hope teachers find these resources valuable in guiding students toward more mindful social media use.
