Our Work
We are the national Safer Internet Centre, dedicated to empowering and protecting children and teens online. Our mission includes raising awareness and combating illegal and harmful online content and behaviors, including online child abuse. Our target audience includes children, parents, and everyone who supports and cares for children. This encompasses teachers and professionals from any field that interacts with minors.
TV & Radio
Part of our team's role includes making frequent appearances on radio and TV programs.

Outreach - Place of Work
As part of our outreach program, we collaborate with Sedqa's S.A.F.E. programme to deliver sessions to adults at their workplaces, thereby reaching more parents.
Outreach - Schools
We conduct outreach in schools throughout the academic year, offering a range of sessions in primary, middle, secondary, and tertiary education institutions. We provide tailored sessions for both students and parents. In the summer, we collaborate with FES to deliver sessions for SkolaSajf students and also offer sessions in other summer schools upon request.
We also carry out sessions with teachers and professionals working in the school setting.
Outreach - Youth and vulnerable groups
We engage in various outreach activities with youth and vulnerable groups through collaborations with various organizations. Our efforts include sessions with different youth groups, the different football Clubs, Sapport, Girl Guides, and conducting sessions for both children residing in and carers working in residential homes.
Outreach
We also engage in other outreach activities throughout the year. These include participating in public expos, the iChoose fair, and Bash! in collaboration with Sedqa.
National Collaboration
We engage in national collaborations to address critical issues. Recently, we partnered in efforts to combat human trafficking and grooming. We prioritize listening to children and their families, and we also collaborated with the Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
Train the trainers
As part of our outreach and education initiatives, we conduct "train the trainers" sessions. We have provided training to a diverse group of professionals, including social workers, guidance teachers and counselors, ethics and religion teachers, early years and nurture group teachers, and CoPE sessions for educators.
Training received
Continuous training is an essential part of our work. As trends change rapidly, staying updated is crucial to our effectiveness and success.
